We’d genuinely like to hear from you. Whether you have a question about a product, spotted an error in one of our guides, or want to discuss working together, this is the place to start.

That’s our only contact address, and it reaches us directly. We aim to reply within 2–3 business days. During busy periods it may take a little longer, but every message gets read.
What we can help with
Product and buying questions. Tell us what you’re trying to buy, your budget, and how you plan to use it. The more context you give, the more useful our answer will be. If your question is one a lot of people share, we may turn it into a full guide — we’ll let you know if we do.
Corrections and updates. Prices change, models get discontinued, and specifications get revised. If something in an article is out of date or flat-out wrong, please tell us and include the article link. We’d much rather fix it than leave it up.
Article requests. If there’s a category you’d like us to cover, send it over. Requests genuinely shape our publishing schedule.
Business, brand, and press inquiries. Sponsorships, affiliate partnerships, product samples, and media requests are welcome. Please include your company name, website, and a clear outline of what you have in mind. To set expectations up front: we don’t sell positive reviews, guaranteed rankings, or pre-approved copy. We’re happy to consider honest, clearly-disclosed collaborations.
Guest posts and link requests. We’re selective. We don’t accept generic guest posts, paid link insertions, or link-exchange schemes. If you have something genuinely original and relevant, pitch the specific idea rather than sending a template.
Legal, privacy, and copyright matters. Use the same email and put the topic in the subject line (for example, “Privacy Request” or “Copyright Notice”) so we can route it quickly. For details on data requests, see our Privacy Policy.
What we can’t help with
We’re an independent review site, not a retailer or a manufacturer. That means we can’t process orders, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges; we can’t check your shipping status; and we can’t provide warranty service or technical support for products we’ve written about. For any of those, contact the seller you purchased from or the brand directly — usually Amazon customer service or the manufacturer’s support line.
We also can’t provide professional medical, legal, or financial advice. Our content is informational only.
A note on response quality
We answer questions ourselves rather than using canned replies, which is why it sometimes takes a couple of days. If you don’t hear back within a week, check your spam folder and then feel free to email again — messages do occasionally get filtered.
Thanks for reading Before You Checkout.
